Anzac ted day

what did the people at war eat at the time and how ?

on the 25th of April me and ted stood at the end of our driveway at 6am and we remembered all the people who lost their lives at war
we then had a breakfast with bacon and eggs all of us sat down together and mum told me about her granddad who was in world war 2 and great grandad who was in world war 1 he passed away at 103 when mum was only young he lived in kaitaia grandad Arthur passed away when mum was 11 they were hard working people

in the war their were camps set up everywhere and bunkers to help protect themselves from gun fire and to stop and have a 5 second breather and maybe some tin food and water to drink

we always need to think of everyone who serviced our country lest we forget

  1. wow Danny this is excellent. Love the colours, the poppy and the tear dropping from Ted's eye? Seems like you have had a good conversation of what ANZAC means. Do you know what countries your great Grandad went to?
