There are the answers to my comprehension questions. 

1. Because the climate is changing so the ice caps are melting earth is going through its 100 year cycle

2 Neither better or worse yes they are rising but its in earth's cycle they are higher at the moment because the earth is warmer so ice is melting one pole is melting where the other pole is freezing at the moment

4. as the sea rises the sea takes out the banks sand which then if homes are on or below sea level it can cause flooding and other natural disasters

Research about Australia

They have had a drought for three to four years because they hardly get any rain alot of australia had bush fires over the last few months Australin animals homes got destroyed by the fires homes trees everything also alot of animals have lost their lives from the bush fires

The eucalyptus trees never died the brunt out and then grow back better than ever before last month austrlia had great rains and now alot of the land has grass and the trees are all growing back fast

maths problem solving

WALT solve subtraction problems by going back through a tidy ten.

I am in the squares math group and for the last few days we have been learning how to go back through a tidy ten to solve subtraction problems. This is when you take away the ones column to make a tidy then, then take off the remaining number.
